A General House Cleaning

It was calm and warm today and suitable for a general house cleaning.
I cleaned windows by newspapers and towels. Then I cut twigs of one tree and picked up leaves in the garden.
After cleaning, I picked up my wife and took lunch with her. Then I went to a golf range for my health and to a barber shop. So I was very busy today and felt satisfied.

Preparing Working Manual

It was fine and calm today and I stayed at home all day long.
My schedule of today is to prepare a manual of my job for my stuff and I finished the remaining part. I was pleased to make it. My wife and second son went to a cinema and returned just now.

It was fine and cold today and I bought the latest cellular phone for my son.
He used the model A5518 by Sanyo for 3 years and the new one is W63h by Hitachi.
The new one has new functions such as 1 Seg, Lismo, Global communication, etc.

1st Day of Winter Holidays

It was windy and cold today and cleaned the roof of bathroom.
Today is the beginning of winter holiday and it will be over on the 4th of next month.
I reviewed working record and prepared CV for the future.

It was fine, but very cold today because of wind.
We cleaned our office in the morning and had a party at noon. It was over around 13:00, but some members kept on drinking. I did not drink to go to Toyota shop to change tires for winter. I bought new tires and they cost over 80000yen.

It was fine and ordinary winter day today and I cleaned upper parts of shelves in the office.
I listen to FEN in a commuter train every morning and Christmas songs are broadcasting all day long. I had a great time listening to radio.

It is fine and calm today and I went to Toyota to take a half year maintenance.
Moreover I planned to change tires for winter. But one tire had a trouble and a engineer told me that it was time to change. The estimated price is over 80000 yen and I have to go there again next Friday.

It was warm until noon and became suddenly cold in the afternoon with rain.
It is rare to encounter the big change of temperature like today. I'm pleased to have a holiday tomorrow.

I have been cleaning the whole house during December since I bought this house.

I delivered calendars and small diaries to some organizations where my company staff are working.
Last night I went to a cinema complexes to see "Red Cliff". It started at 20:00 and finished 23:00. The fee is discounted because of late show and 1200yen.

It is my job to clean exteriors, lights, windows, etc in December. Today I cleaned shutters.

There is nothing special to write today. I'm going to write a card for Merry Christmas and a New Year to a old friend living in Australia.

It was fine and warm today and far from winter season.
I attended to a seminar on CSR, EMS, Management of Documents & Records by a big company at Roppongi with my staff. It took only 20 minutes from my office by subway and on foot.

Printer

In this winter I can feel warmer than usual.
I'm going to buy a new printer in a few days. There is a printer at the room of my first son, but I will buy for me and other sons to use at any time. I will chose a printer which is compact and easy to carry.

PC

It is getting colder day by day and we can feel the coming of winter.
I had a chance to hear the lecture by A. Sono, novel writer, and it was interesting.
I use two PCs and Dell PC for Internet and Sony PC for documents and calculations.

Warning of Earthquake

It was fine today and I joined with the lecture of warning.
It is just one year since that warning of earthquake is announced by TV, radio, etc, and the lecture was held today. This system is operated only in Japan and helpful if people use this urgent information properly.

It is fine today and feel colder than yesterday due to wind.

Moreover I went to my home town twice in last week.

Funeral

It was fine and calm today and I went to my home town.
It is the third year ceremony after death of my relative. His grave is located near my father and I could also pray for our grave. I also went to my home town on the 24th of November to attend the funeral of my friend's father.

Drinking Party

There was strong rain in the morning and became cloudy.
My son often goes to a drinking party though he is not strong. There are not so many drinking parties for me. But there will be many drinking parties forgetting unpleasant things in this year.

Friends

It was cloudy and rainy and cold today and it will be rain tomorrow.
I meet with two old friends every a half year and we get together at a Watami at Kanda. The location is good for us the price is reasonable. We talk about our home town , each family, habits, etc. They want to return to home town after retirements coming soon.

Training for AED

It was fine today and I took training for life saving with other company members.
The lesson includes the operation of AED(Automated External Defibrillator). The handling is easy, so I can use it in case of emergency. It is three hours lesson held by a fire station and very useful.

Friend

It began to rain when I left my office and also when I arrived at the station at home.
It was bad timing.
There was a junior high school reunion in September, high shool reunion in the end of November, and a university reunion last Saturday, and I attended to only that of university. Reunion had been a really long time.

Funeral

It began to rain in the afternoon and I went to near my home town to attend a funeral for the father of my friend. His father was 95 years old and died suddenly. I'm to go to my home town to attend to the third year ceremony of the death of my relative. Most of my uncles and aunts are around 70 years old, so the number of funerals will increase.

Reds Home Game

It was fine today and I went to the Saitama Stadium 2002 with my son.
It was the most important game for Reds to be a champion of J-league, but they lost the game.
We joined with a bus tour to cheer Reds and all fans were disappointed. Head coach couldn't find any strategy to win the game.

A Meeting of Graduates

It was fine and cold due to wind.
I joined with a meeting of classmates at a university. The number of classmates is around 60 and only 12 men attended. I could talk with all attendants and we could enjoy nice view in the night from the highest floor of the building at Shinjuku.

Lessons

It was fine and cold today and I joined with a seminar on soil improvement.
I want to learn something I can continue into old age. I like a English, history, playing guitar, and tennis, so I'm going to chose among them. I returned home around five p.m. because the seminar was held at fourth stop from my station.

Training for Disasters and Fires

It was cold today and there was a training for disasters and fires.
It is an annual event for our building and training for an earthquake and AED is added.
The number of AED is increasing and is set in our office.

Commute

It was fine and clear today and I stayed at the office all day long.
I get up at 6:30 every morning at week days and take the train around 7:10.
Trains are sometimes delayed due to accidents and main reason is due to the problem of traffic signals. It takes me around three hours to get to and from office.

Korean Drama

It was cloudy and rainy today and went to a barber.
I borrowed two DVD of a Korean drama from a rental shop and enjoyed with my wife. She is fond of Korean dramas and I followed. The title is "Full house" and I like the heroine.

Movie

It was fine and cloudy today and I went to a movie theater with my wife.
The cinema was Japanese drama and we could enjoy it. The man loving the women next devoted his life to her.

Life at overseas

It was fine and not so cold today.
There was a meeting attended by staff working outside our company and we enjoyed the party after the meeting. I worked twice outside my company and it was good experience, because I could join with studies both in domestic and overseas. I lived overseas around six years and always lived single.

English Conversation School

It was fine and good weather today and I spent on a meeting a half of day.
Over 30 years before, my colleague gave me a ticket for a English conversation school before his going abroad on business. I could take around twenty lessons and became familiar with some instructors. We went Kamakura and China town one day and I visited their apartments. They were good instructors.

It was cold and rainy partially.
I like English and listened to an English conversation radio program when I was a university student. This experience was very helpful when I was working overseas. But I understand that English is difficult.

New Haneda Airport

It was cloudy and very cold on sea.
I had a chance to visit constuction site at Haneda Airport with other office members.
There are many big working vessels and some of them are reclaiming the land for D-runaway.
D-runaway will be open within two years.

Draft Report

It is colder and colder and I was busy with making report.
One meeting is to be held on 13th and I'm preparing for papers.
I' m searching for the latest data by Internet, but some data are not found.

News

It was cloudy and cold same as yesterday.
Nothing special happened today and I went a drug store and a super market after a late lunch with my wife. I got the second prize at a lottery by a coop near my home and the gift was a package of rice cake.

Seminar on Second Life

It was cloudy and cold today and joined with a seminar held by a bank.
I attend to this kind of seminar as much as possible. Each seminar gives me a some advices and I'm preparing for second life.
My friend gave me a digital camera which he repaired and I read through a manual for the camera.

Prevention of Natural Disaster

It was fine today and I was busy all day long.
I had a chance to visit a basic center against natural disaster such as a giant earthquake partially opened at Ariake together with members from different companies. The place was parking place before and I used there when I visited Odaiba.

Railway Accident

It was fine today and I was busy with one work.
One hour before leaving my office, a traffic accident happened near station of my home.
When I arrived at Ueno station, commuter trains began to start behind schedule. So I had only small trouble.

Politics

It was fine today and Yomiuri Giants won the baseball game tonight at the third fights with Seibu Lions.
Voting for new president of USA just began. If Mr.Obama become the new president, I worry about relations between USA and Japan.. What will become of Japan?
I think Japanese people should be more interested in politics.

Cultural Day

It was cloudy today and I spent today as a ordinary holidays.
Today is a cultural day, but I didn't anything relating to culture. So I'm going to read a book about the origin of Egyptian art by Prof. S. Yoshimura. When I was around 30 years old, I worked Egypt and I could see many Egyptian arts.

Baseball Game

It was fine today and I went to Jingu Stadium to see a baseball game by old universities.
I got two tickets free from alumni and went there with my wife. It was second time to watch a baseball game at Jingu after graduating a university. Unfortunately my school lost the game today and all pitchers couldn't show their usual abilities.

Golf Competition

It was fine and the best weather condition for playing golf.
I stayed at a hotel in a golf course last night and joined with a golf competition. Most of participants are from our division of our company. Though my score was average, I enjoyed the competition.

Epocs in this month

It was fine and the coldest day in this month.
I'm going to stay at a hotel located near golf course tomorrow night and can't write this blog, so I review this month today.

It was fine and comfortable today and I went to a securities company.
I happened to find a stock certificate of my company two days before and I consulted with the person in charge at my company. He told me that I had better open my account at a securities company. So I applied the form for opening account at a lunch time.

Road to World Cup

It was fine today and I found a missing CD at last among many empty cd cases. So I need not return same CD to a library.
I was so disappointed that Japan National Football Team could not win the game tonight. I'm wondering if Japanese Team pass this preliminary league, because I could not feel their fighting spirits.

Favorite Music

It began to rain around noon as forecasted today and I was busy.
I took some CDs I like with me on a drive last Sunday, but I could not listen to those CDs, because my son's CDs were played. I prefer RB and rock to pop. I downloaded songs onto my X-bar given by my friend.

Driving

It was fine yesterday and today.
All member of my family went to a home town of my wife by car yesterday and returned this evening. It is about 400 km and it takes around 4 hours. It was very unlucky that my son had to pay a fine for violating limited speed. The policeman was very kind, because many cars were running faster than my car. It is a very good lesson and my son, my wife and I drove safely after that.

Lost of a CD

There was a little rain in the morning and it became fine weather in the afternoon.
I tried to find a CD borrowed from a library near my office. Due date was the 24 of September, but it is still missing. It was my first time to receive a e-mail from the library informing the delay of returning. I have to buy the same music CD and return it to the library.

Tennis

It was fine , but there was temporary shower in the afternoon today.
I've been playing tennis since I was 7 years old, because my father played tennis then.
But it is rare play tennis after marriage.

Friendly Match

It was fine today and I had two meetings outside.
I could return home earlier than usual, so I could watch a match between Japanese National Football Team and UAE Team. The result was draw and I was disappointed, because Japanese team lost some good chances for goal.

Fan

It was rain and cloudy today and I joined with a lecture about environment at coastal areas.
I'm a Urawa Reds fan because I'm living in Saitama. I hope Reds did well at ACL semi-final match between Ganba. Unfortunately there is no program on TV and I can't know the result.

Live Match

It was misty in the morning and commuter trains were delayed little bit.
It is difficult to get good seats and to see a live match. So I usually cheered for Japanese national football team at home.

Places for Sightseeing

It was rainy in the morning and rain stopped in the afternoon. I remember school trip and went to Kamakura, Enoshima, and Haneda Airport at a elementary school. When I was a junior high school, I went to Nikko. Then I went to Kyoto at a high school. When I was a university student, I went to many places alone.

Trip abroad

It was fine but rain drops began to fall in the afternoon.
I had many chances to go abroad on business but it was rare to go for sight seeing.
First trip was group tour to Europe with my wife and fortunately I saw Prince Charles and Princess Diana at Kenshington Park. Second trip was tour to Hawai with my family and all of us enjoyed.

Call from Old Acquaitance

It was fine and clear today and I could do many things as scheduled in the morning.
My wife returned from part-time job around a half past two so we had lunch around three at a restaurant. We bought a miniature bulb for the bicycle of my son and change the bulb, but in vain. We bought the light for bicycle only one month before.

Bowling Competition

It was fine today and bowling competition was held at Shinjuku by our division.
About 40 members joined the competition and I fortunately became the champion. The score was 152 and 176. The score is far from my average. I put on a soft corset to protect my low back and weaken power at throwing and this action may be bring good result.

Combining a city and a town

It was fine today and a dentist installed new teeth to my mouth.
My city is going to combine a town next to the city. But voices of citizen is ignored and two mayors and some people are leading this movement same as other cities and towns.

Library

It was cloudy today and went to the library.
I tried to find the missing CD borrowed from the library but in vain. So I went to the library to consult this problem. If I can't find the CD by the 23rd of this month, I have to prepare same CD.

It was rainy today and I had meetings for my staff.

Shopping

It was rainy and cool today.
I attended the seminar about natural disaster and Japanese port.
I often go shopping with my wife in our town and I like looking around at 100 yen shops.

Cultural Festival

It is cool today and I went to my son's school to attend the cultural festival with my wife.
We are enjoying it these 3 years. We listened to the music by the brass band and watched modern dances. Then we watched various performances on the stage and we finally bought cups and a dish at the bazaar.

Washing Machine

It was fine and cloudy today and I can feel signs of fall coming.
We can't reuse water remained in a bath tub for washing since one week ago.
I called the customer center and got some information for detected parts.
Either pump inside the washing machine or electronic program may be out of order.

Global Warming

It was fine today and I attended to a seminar about global warming.
Actions against global warming abroad is far from Japanese estimate and even developing countries are concentrating their efforts. We Japanese should do our best to prevent global warming.

Fashion

Today was a refreshing day and I went to the library near my office to borrow books and CD.
It is said that dressing well begins from the bottom up, but I wore old shoes. Because those shoes are suitable for walking.

Hairstyle

It was clear and sunny today and I passed my station because of reading.
I went to the barber last Saturday and felt refreshed. The barber was so crowded that I waited an hour.

Diet

It was clear and breezy today and we went for a lunch at a restaurant.
I haven't weighted myself for a few months and gain two kilos. My weight is around 64kg and I need not go on a diet. But I'm going to eat less fried food and to do walking at least twice a week.

Horoscopes

It was rainy am and cloudy pm today and commuter trains were not crowded.
I believe in horoscopes. My blood is type-O. Men of type-O and women of type-B get along well.
I often check my daily horoscopes on the web.

Event

It was cloudy and rainy today and I went for a walk around 10 am. I do walking usally around 5 pm, but I did in the morning judging from weather forecast.
I went to a event only once this month and will go to some event next month.

TV

It was breezy today after typhoon and the sky was beautiful.
I like watching TV and am fond of Korean drams recently. My wife and I never misses the weekly Korean drama "Chumon". Among many programs, I like football, music, and talk show.

Favorite Movies

The weather was bad today and it will be worse due to typhoon.
I often cry when I see good movies based on a true story. Among action film, thriller, comedy, horror, romance, fiction, etc, I like a movie based on a live concert the best. I saw " ABBA the Movie" in Cairo with my friend and it was great.

Movies

It was rainy and cloudy today and tomorrow will be same weather.
There are many good movies in TV programs and I record them on HD. Then I download them on DVD and enjoy them on holidays or midnight.

Animals

It was fine today and I had a chance to attend to a seminar about wind power.
It takes only 20 minutes from my house to the zoo by car, so we often went there when my sons were small. Recently we have few chances to go to a zoo. It is a very pleasant scene to watch animals.

Like a taxi driver

It was raining in the morning and my wife took the eldest son to the station and the youngest son to the school by car. I went to the school to pick up him and returned home now. I'm going to the station to pick up the eldest son after half an hour, because he sent e-mail to my wife.
The traffic regulation for biycles in rainy days became strict, so my wife and I drive a car for my sons as much as possible.

Beach Sandal

It was fine and cloudy today and I removed glasses in the garden in the morning.
I uses the medicine against insects and I was not bited by mosquitoes.
My son will go to Australia next February on school journey and he was told to prepare a beach sandals. Summer was over and we managed to find it at the second shop we visited today.

Disneyv on Ice

It was fine today different from weather forecast.
I had a chance to see "Disney on Ice" at Saitama Super Arena with my wife.
When I took my car annual maintenance, I applied for the ticket of the show. I fortunately got two invitation tickets. There were many children and we enjoyed the show.

Urawa Reds

It was fine today and I went the library.
I usually go to the library every two weeks on weekend. I borrow ten books, two music cd, a video tape, and a dvd of drama.
I'm support Urawa Reds, one of football team of J league, and enjoyed the game on TV.
It was very important game but the result was draw.

Management System Audit

It was fine today and the last day for audit for our QMS and EMS.
It is the first audit for management system combining QMS and EMS.
The audit was done not only at head office but also six branches and the result was pretty good.

Pet

Fine days are continueing these days and I went to the dentist to show one cover of tooth removed yesterday.
One of my son had allergy in the childfood, so we couldn't have pet. When any of my sons leave my house to live himself, I want to keep a small dog.

My University

It was fine today and I went to the university to attend the lecture concerning old Egypt.
Some buildings are rebuilt or newly constructed and the scene around the main gate has changed. The lecture was interesting and the tower with clock in the night was very nice.

Gardening

Today was a refreshing day due to low humidity.
My wife often buys flowers and plants them in the flowerbed.
My work is tho water the yard in the evening on holidays.

Fine Views

It was fine and there was no rain today.
I haven't seen fine views for a long time. Main reason is that chances for traveling outside is reducing. But views of mountains and a river I saw at a hometown of wife last month gave me calmness and warm.

Walking

It was hot today and there was sudden shower with thunder in the afternoon.
I haven't done walking these 6 months because of pain at low back. I started walking again from last week to build up my strength.

Para-Olympic

It was fine and cloudy today and high humid.
Now I'm watching the opening ceremony of Para-Olympic in Beijing.
I 'm looking forward to enjoying good games on TV.

Driving a car

It was hot today and is 17th birthday of my youngest son.
I think that my son and I are careful drivers. But my wife is a wild driver. My wife filled up the tank today.

Airplane

It was hot today and fortunately I returned home before raining.
I haven't gotten on a airplane more than one year. I had often used airplanes when I worked overseas. Moreover I had gotten on a helicopter frequently.

My Car

It was fine today, so I walked around 20 minutes from Iidabashi station to my office.
My car is Nadia by Toyota and I bought it 6 years ago. Total driving distance is around 40 km.
The first car was Toyota Callora, the second car was Nissan Laurel Spirit, and the third car was Daihatu Applause. These 3 cars were second hand.

Commuter Train

It was hot today and fortunately there was no rain.
I usually use Utunomiya Line as a commuter train and sometimes use Shonanshinjuku Line.
I don't like riding crowed trains between Ueno and Akihabara.

Fine Weather

It was fine today and I'm glad that we had no rain.
There were many events and trainings for preventing disasters.
Our company also did training on last Saturday and we sent e-mails for our safety by cellular phones.

Last Day of Summer Vacation

It is cloudy and has high humidity today. Today is the last day of summer vacation for my youngest son.

Bad Weather

The weather was bad today same as these days.
It rained hard sometimes and I saw some people walking without umbrella.
Two pools to reserve rain water are full and I'm worry about that water spilled over ponds.

ROV

It was fine different from weather forecast, but some places had heavy rain.
I had a chance to hear about ROV used for investigating sea. It can measure many items under water.

Trouble of Commuter Trains

It was cloudy and rainy today.
Due to the problem of traffic signals of a rail road by thunder, commuter trains were stopped in the evening for some hours. I stayed at my office around an hour after office hours and spent an hour at a coffee shop at Omiya Station. I knew that my son got on the same train at Omiya Station by his e-mail.

Fine

It was fine different from the weather forecast.
I read a book about basic conversation on a commuter train. The contents of the book is so easy that I completely understand.

Crusing on Tokyo Bay

It was rainy and cool today.
I had a chance to cruise by a 50 ton boat in Tokyo Bay. The boat sailed at Hinode Sanbashi located at Tokyo port and arrived at Kawasaki Port. We could see many facilities such as container terminals, working vessels near Haneda airport, Umihotal from the port. And we visited Kawasaki FAZ and a primary base for disaster at Higashiougishima. If it were fine, I could take good photos.

Rainy Days

We have rain everyday and I'm bored.
Concerning sweets, I like cream puff, caramel custard, cakes. But there are not many chances to eat them and eat only when my wife buy for my sons.

End of Olympic

It is rainy today same as yesterday.
I drive a car for my family many times yesterday and today because of rainy weather.
Beijing 2008 will be over tonight. There were many impressive scenes and the most fantastic is that Japanese team got the gold medal in softball.

Men's Football Final Game

It is rainy and long sleeve shirt are necessary today.
I watched the football game on TV between Argentina and Nigeria. It was a good game in hot weather. Japanese team should learn their skills and spirits.

German White Wine

It was not hot today and we can live without air conditioners.
Japanese baseball team was defeated by Korean team at Olympic and this made most of Japanese sad. I drank German white wine presented by the man returned from Germany.

Important Ball Games

Because of heavy shower with thunder, it suddenly became cool in the evening.
There were two important games for Japanese women's team in Olympic today. The team for softball got a gold medal, but the team for soccer couldn't the get a medal.

Baseball in Olympic

It was hot when I went shopping during lunch time.
We are going to have a small party in the office next Friday to forget hotness, so I went to a shop to buy some food.

Curry

It was hot afternoon today and I took lunch with my former boss and my colleague.
My wife had to work last night, so she made a lot of curry. I also ate curry tonight.

Work after Summer Holidays

It was hot from the morning and I worked from today again.
Commuter trains were not crowded and I could sit on a seat.
Most of members of our office began to work after one week holidays.

A Prize Ticket

It was cloudy and rainy today and we can spend today without an air conditioner.
I got a call from Toyota Shop near my home that I hit a prize ticket for Ice Skating Show.
So I went to the shop to receive invitation tickets. There are only two tickets and two of my family members can enjoy the show in September.

Gold Medals

There was shower with thunder and it was good for trees and flowers and hot weather.
I enjoyed Olympic on TV everyday. It is a happy times when Japanese athletes get medals.
Mighty Yoshida got the gold medal in women's wrestling class 55kg and it gave us happiness and great impressions.

Hottest Day

It may be the hottest today and I got up sometimes early this morning.
It is the first time that I forgot to write this blog yesterday since the 26 of January.
My wife felt back pain yesterday after her part time job, but she becomes better than yesterday due to medicine. The condition of my slight low back pain is not changed and I took a rehabilitation at the hospital. It was not so crowded that I could take treatment immediately.

Change of Broken Glass

It was hot in the day time and it cooled down due to wind in the evening.
My son slipped on the carpet and slipped down on the window glass. The lower half of the glass was broken and I'm waiting for a man from the shop.
I watched the semifinal game of women doubles of badminton on TV. It was a good game, but Japanese pair was defeated by Korean pair.

First Day of Summer Holidays

It was hot and I went to a hospital to take rehabilitation.
My summer holidays began from today, but other members of family are working or going to school. Only I'm off tomorrow.

Olypic

It was hot today and I went to my office.
Only 10% of staff in our department worked today and very quiet.
Everyday I'm enjoying Olympic on TV and gold medal by Japanese athletes give us great impressions.

Long Drive

It was not so hot today and I returned with my wife from her home town by car.
It is around 350 km and it took around 4 hours. My wife drove the car about one-third of the distance and she drove faster than I.

Ready for Returning

It was very hot and I joined with a seminar concerning old Roma.
I'm preparing for going to home town of my wife tomorrow. It will take about 4 hours by car.
Unfortunately my sons can't go there.
I keep on writing this blog everyday until today, but I can't write until next Sunday.

Second Life Seminar

It was very hot with high humidity today and I took a half day leave to attend a seminar for second life. The seminar was very nice but there were some empty seats. If the seminar was held on holidays, there is no empty seat. I'm going to plan for a nice second life.

Drinking Party at Takadanobaba

The weather was terrible due to heavy rain with thunder today and some trains was stopped by electrical troubles. There was a drinking party at Takadanobaba and 3 members had a good time. The last visit to there was 3 years before and it seems that the scene around the station has changed.

Opening speech

It was so hot and there were 3 meetings today.
I attended to the seminar concerning how to improve municipality and the speaker is a former Mayer. Mr. Taro Aso made a opening speech to introduce the speaker.

CD & DVD Filing Case

It was so hot today that I stayed at home.
I keep CD & DVD in each hard case and there is not enough spaces. So I bought filing cases at a 100 yen shop yesterday and changed files today. Each filing case can contain 24 CD or DVD and I can make enough space.

Fireflies

It was hot today and I enjoyed shopping with my wife.
There was an event to watch fireflies and I could see several fireflies.
It's my first time to attend the event held by NPO. Though I'm a member of the NPO, I can't join with many activities of the NPO.

Open Campus

It is not so hot and I bucked up many files made in July on MO disk.
One of home works of my son during summer vacation is to join with 3 open campuses.
My son is stranger in Tokyo. I heard that he lost his way and it took an hour from Kanda Station to Tokyo Denki Univesity.

Topics in July

It was not so hot today and I felt cold in a meeting room of one company by air conditioner
Three memorial topics in July are:
-Enjoying "S.Yoshimura's Excavating in Egypt for 40 years Waseda University Expedition 1966-2006" and taking a photo with him after getting his autograph on a guide book
-Joining with the lecture by a Tivet priest who was compelled to stay at a prison for a long time and watching a documentary film of him
-Suffering from slight low backpain again.

Low Backpain

It was not so hot today and I went to the dental clinic.
It will cost around 250 thousands yen to improve some teeth and I decided to take treatment.
I also took a monthly medical consultation at the office and I asked about low backpain. It will take a time to be cured.

U-23 Team fight with Argentine

It was hot during day time but the it became cool after strong shower.
Due to strong rain with thunder, the game between Japan and Argentine U-23 team was finished before 7 minutes due time.

Juicy Fruits

It was not so hot today and I drank beer with my colleague.
I like juicy fruits such as water melon, peer, apple, orange, grape etc. I always eat some fruit at breakfast.

Egyptian Exhibition

It was lucky today, because we returned home a half hour before sudden rain with thunder.
My wife wanted to see "Sakuji Yoshimura's Excavating in Egypt for 40 years Waseda University Expedition 1996-2006" held at Ikebukuro Sunshine City and we went there today. Though we couldn't the seat for his talk show, but we could joined with the show. After the talk show, we could get signature on his book and took a photo with him. Finally I told him that I worked at Egypt two years and he answered kindly.

Rehabilitation Again

It was not so hot today and I went to the hospital, library, and coop.
I stopped rehabilitation for my waist at the end of June, but I started again. It continued for longer than I expected. I hope it will get better quickly.

Municipal Assembly

It was also hot today and I attended the seminar on converting from papers such as drawings to electronic data.
A mother of my son's friend is a new member of a municipal Assembly. I have same opinions as she about improvement our city and I sent her e-mail supporting her.

Ｕ－２３ Football Team

It was so hot today and I felt good when I entered the conference room.
I enjoyed friendly match between Australia and Japan U-23 National Football Team on TV.
It was good game. I hope that some members U-23 team will become members of Japanese National Teem within a year.

Pain on Waist

I think that today was the hottest in this summer.
I took a half day leave to go to the hospital. When I cleaned my garden last Saturday, I felt something wrong on waist. Though I used medical tapes, strange pain did not weakened.
I felt pain on waist 3 months ago and the condition is not changed.

Rush Hour

It was also hot today and I ate ice with my colleague at a coffee shop after work.
I always reading books except rush hour between Ueno and Akihabara. I usually get a seat on the way home, because I get on a train at Ueno where many trains start.

Fire under Snow

It is not so hot today comparing with these ten days.
One of my close friends supports Tivet Free Movement and he gave the ticket for the lecture and documentary film for one priest in Tivet. I was so surprised that Chinese government did unbelievable actions by violence in Tivet. When China accuse our country concerning World War Ⅱ, we accuse China what they have been done and doing now in Tivet.

Summer Festival

It was hot, but a breeze made me feel better.
There was a summer festival by our local community and preparation is hard for people in charge. I spent much time two years ago.
Today's dinner is Yakisoba sold at the festival and maybe many families are same as us.

Outlet Shops

It was hot today but it cooled down a little in late afternoon due to a breeze.
My wife and the first son like shopping and I took them to the nearest outlet by car.
They can drive a car but I'm always driver when we go to the outlet. It takes only one hour.
It is the first time to use ETC on a highway and very useful.

Beach Boys Sound

It was also hot today and I stayed at the office all day long.
I enjoyed old hit songs by Beach Boys on TV. Many top singers such as Paul Simon, Elton John, Billy Joel, Karly Simon, etc. sang songs of Beach Boys and I really enjoyed the sound.

Meals

It was really hot today and I felt it when I got out around two p.m..
Dinner at my home begins around seven p.m. and I return home 7:30 p.m.. Then the second son returns around 8:00 p.m. and the first son returns around 10:00 p.m. on week days.

Health condition

It was really hot today and the temperature in my room around 30 centigrade even in the night.
This morning I didn't feel so well this morning. One reason is that I haven't been sleeping well recently. Nothing is more important than my health.

One of my friends

It was hot during day time, but there was breeze and it felt good in the evening.
One of my friends often get injured or become sick in various kinds, so I call him " Department Store of Disease". I got mail today that he was injured by shaving at a barber and the part around mouth became large. He went to a hospital and a doctor cut the part and he managed to recover by medicine.

Our Family

It was hot today due to high humidity.
Tonight we couldn't had dinner with entire family. I and the eldest son returned home after dinner by my wife and two sons. I hope that the first son will be get out on his own. The second son is great about helping out around the house. I think that the last son is a little too spoiled.
My wife is very fond of Korean drams now.

Hot Days

These four days are really hot and air condition is necessary.
But I see many cars keeping windows open. Drivers open windows to reduce the consumption of fuel oil. There are no air condition in many public school. There was only two coolers in my house, but now five coolers.

Second Life Seminar

It was the hottest day in this summer today.
I attended to the seminar for second life held by one of banks.
Main subject are pension and how to use the money at the retirement. This is the third time to join with the seminar for second life.

Seminar on Technical Studies

It was hot and I attended the seminar all day long.
The special lecture was about water problems in the world and there were ten presentations.
I was interested in the history of ITS, Intelligent Transport Systems, in these ten years.

Pain on Feet

It was hot today and I was in the office all day long.
I carried many books in the library yesterday. I felt no pain yesterday, but I felt slight pain on both legs on the way back to home. I think that I'm old.

Dental Clinic

Today was a busy day due to changing locations of many magazines.
Recently the size of many magazines become A-4, so we need change locations and it took four hours.
During lunch time, I went a dental clinic. I go to the clinic every month to maintain the present condition.

Inquiry of Safety

There was sudden rain today.
When an earthquake over level five happens, e-mail inquiring my safety is sent to my cellular phone from SECOM making agreement with my company. There was earthquake in Kagoshima around five p.m. and I got e-mail and I answered immediately.

Star Festival

Today is the 7th of July, Star Festival, but was a bad day.
My youngest staff complained about trivial matter and got a bad mail from relatives.
But I'll forget these things and do my favorite things.
Today is "Cool Earth Day" promoted by Japanese Government and we were instructed not to word overtime.

Noodle for Lunch

It was really hot today same as yesterday.
I cooked noodle, "Somen", popular Japanese lunch during summer, for my family at lunch.
I regret that there was no "wasabi" indispensable for Somen.
I went around my house by bicycle listening to the radio and found that a new distribution will be constructed.

The Magic Hour Movie

It was very hot today and I felt the hottest in this year.
My wife is off, so we went to Warner Mycal Cinema Theater to see "The Magic Hour".
We laughed at various scenes. It is cheap, because two adults can enjoy nearly three hours at 2,200yen only. But the cost of lunch is higher than that of cinema.

Annual Meeting

It was really hot today due to humid.
Annual meeting led by our department was held and representatives from blanch offices joined with the meeting. A party was also held after the meeting. I'm in charge of this meeting party.

Curry and Cold Beer

It was really humid today and I was busy for preparing files for a meeting tomorrow.
The supper was curry and rice and I always drink a can of cold beer in case of curry and rice.
Curry and rice is delicious through a year.

Physical Condition

It was hot, but there was a breeze and it felt good.
I have been feeling well lately except slight pain on my waist.
I keep on doing exercise to strengthen muscle around waist, but the effect of exercise is not clear.

Spelling Check System

Today was a refreshing day because of wind.
I often mistake for spelling when I writing this blog. If there is no spelling check system in this blog, I made easy mistakes. But I remember words which are corrected by the spelling check system.

Euro 2008

It was cloudy and comfortable weather for me.
I had lunch with my former boss and colleague at a restaurant near our office.
Major three epochs in June are;

- Golf competition by many members
- Attending some annual meetings outside

Rainy Sunday

It is raining all day long and I went out only for lunch.
I found the book which made me to start blog in English in the library. I always look for this book, but I couldn't find these four months. I copied some pages including useful sentences.
The authors of this book are David A. Thayne and Athena Komatsu.

Final Rehabilitation

It was not hot today and I felt good.
I've been taking rehabilitation treatment for my waist on Saturday these three months.
The effect of rehabilitation is not clear, so I will stop to go to the hospital to take treatment.

Genaral Meeting for Stockholders

It was hot today and the general meeting for stockholders was held at our head office.
I heard from a staff of general affairs section that the meeting was over without troubles.
Now I'm enjoying the EURO 2008 semi-final game between Spain and USSR by the video tape recorded in this early morning.

Bonus

It was rainy in the morning and cloudy in the evening.
I happened to get on the same train as my son. I found this by his e-mail to my wife and me asking for picking up him at the station. Only he got on the car and I returned by bicycle.
Bonus was paid today. I was so surprised that my amount is less than the average of employee, thogh I'm not so young.

Fishery

It was not so hot and comfortable today.
I had a chance to attend the technical meeting between Japan and Korea concerning fishery.
Korea has same problems as Japan about floating obstacles, high ratio of aged people, health, etc.

Medical Test

It was hot today. I was glad that the result of medical test at the clinic is normal.
I took annual medical tests at the office one month ago. The result of one item was not good and more detail test are required. So I went to the clinic near my office to take a medical test. I took a test twice and the results are within normal area.

Tivet Free

It was cloudy and we fortunately had no rain.
I use the bicycle from my home to the stain, so rainy season is problem.
One of my friend joins with Tivet Free Movement and he went to the Gokokuji to pray this evening.

Repair of Glasses

It is raining all day long and I enjoyed the football games EURO on TV.
I heard that the soccer ball hit the glasses of my son and repair is required. My son tried to repair them, but it was vain. So we went to the glasses shop and fortunately they were repaired soon. And he purchased the new one as a spair.

One Saturday

It seemed to be rainy today, but we haven't rain till now.
My last son are spending 3 days on summer school at Nagano, so I took him to his high school in the morning.
I took my wife to her working place by car and went to the hospital to take rehabilitation treatment. In the afternoon, I picked up her at her working place and had lunch at a restaurant.
Then I went TOYOTA shop to receive one year regular check. After that I picked the second son at the station. Finally I went to a barber by bicycle.
It was busy for me today.

Daily Life

It was hot due to high humidity today and I drunk a can of beer at a dinner.
My daily life on week days are ;
-Get up 6:30
-Eat a slice of bread and some fruit
-Leave home around 7 o'clock
-Arrive at my office around 8:15
-Leave the office around 18:00
-Arrive at my home around 19:30
-Enjoying TV, HD, reading,etc

Internet

It was hot and I used PC all day long at the office.
It is very useful to get many data from many homepages. I got many data about disaster prevention plan of many municipalities in Kanto Area.

Old e-mail friend

It was not so hot and I had a curry noodle at lunch with my colleague.
I have a old e-mail friend. She is Hongkongnese and had experiences with some jobs.
I met her at first in the airplane at the end of 1977 from Hongkong to Japan and our relations is good for a long time. She got married with Hongkongnese in Melbourne three years ago and I met with them in Tokyo. Now we change e-mails when something happen.

Dream Jumbo Lottery

It was hot daytime but it became cool in the evening today. Summer is on its way.
The winning number of No.540 Lottery, Dream Jumbo was decided today. My wife bought the lottery on the 27th of May when we went to Enoshima. But our lottery are in vain.

General Meeting

It was hot today and I enjoyed a few glasses of beer at the party.
There was an ordinary general meeting by the organization which our company joins with.
I know only some people, but I enjoyed the party.

One Hour Ride

Wind of today was very comfortable today.
I went around my house about a hour by bicycle. I could enjoy beautiful flowers near a pond.
Several people did fishing at the pond. I planned to walk, but feel a little pain on my right foot.
As a result, I could go far away by bicycle and found new things.

Earthquakes

It was hot but feel comfortable due to wind.
There was a big earthquakes in Iwate and Miyagi . Japan is one of areas suffering from frequent earthquakes. Because several plates are concentrated around Japan.

Remittance by ATM

It was so hot today that I drank two glasses of beer with my colleague.
I completely forgot that I was asked to pay the fare of cosmetics by wife. The counter of a post office is closed at four o'clock and I managed to remit the fare by ATM at the post office just before 6 o'clock.

Crows

It was raining hard in the morning and became fine in the afternoon today.
I often see the scene that crows tore open the garbage bags.
Crows are a real nuisance.

Chumon

It was fine and very hot and heard the traffic accident happened on the way back to home.
My wife and my favorite TV drama is Chumon and we enjoy every Wednesday.
I attended to two lectures about environmental activities held at our head office.

Returning of my wife

It was fine and hot today.
My wife returned from her hometown Yamagata and I went to the station to pick up her by car.
I felt relaxed as she returned.
Now I'm fond of the song "Letter" by Angela Aki.

Thunder

It thundered far away when the office hour was over and many staff went back home.
Fortunately rain is nor heavy, so I could do shopping at a super market near the station.
My wife is out of home until tomorrow, so we eat supper by ourselves.

Dinner outside

It was cloudy today and I spent most of the time on household works.
My wife is out of my home four days and I did washing, cleaning the garden, cooking lunch.
I went out with two sons to have dinner.

No blog yesterday

I watched the football game between Oman and Japan midnight, so I couldn't write blog yesterday. The game was draw and Japan will pass the preliminary league.
I was hit by a bicycle one month ago and still feel some pain in a right foot. I went the hospital yesterday and the result of X-ray was normal. I put on medical tape on my foot.
My wife went to her home town yesterday and I did some household work yesterday

Golf Competition

It was rainy in the morning and fine in the afternoon.
Today is holiday of my company and I joined with the golf competition. I didn't play golf from last September, so the score was not good. But I enjoyed the game.

Microfilms

It was cloudy and began to rain in the afternoon.
I was busy for preparing microfilms. We selected old reports to make microfilms, but around 30 reports couldn't be found.

Library near the office

It was cloudy today and I went to the library during lunch time.
We can borrow five books and tow media such as music CD, video, and DVD during two weeks.
I go to the library every two weeks and I usually borrow books for entertainment and music CDs.

Victory

It was rainy all day long today.
Japanese national football team defeated Oman last night and it was nice game.
I arranged folders in the hard desk of PC in the office and delete old files.

Rainy Season

It was fine in the day time, but it will be rainy in midnight.
It was declared that rain season started from today.
I'm riding on bicycle on the way to and from the station, so rain is problem.

Change Clothes

It is fine and hot today, and my wife prepared for changing clothes.
I brought many clothes to laundry and in many organizations uniforms change from today.
In my company, we need not wear ties from today until the end of September as a cool business style.

My Birthday

It is rainy all day long and my birthday.
I received only "Happy Birthday" from my wife and e-mails from ANA & JAL.
Three big epochs in May are;
-One day trip to Kamakura and Enoshima with my wife
-One day business trip to Osaka
-Keeping on rehabilitation for waist every Saturday

I write on my diary when I review a one year or encounter special matters.
I became 59 today and I'm to resign my company after one year. Therefore, I have to plan for my second life. My last son is 17 years old , so I will work until 65 years old.

Osaka on Business

It was rainy in Tokyo and cloudy in Osaka.
I went to Osaka on one day business trip and returned midnight. I could read three books inside bullet trains.

Rainy Day

It was rainy today same as yesterday.
There is nothing special today except that my wife took me to the station by car morning and evening. Usually I ask her to take me to the station by car morning or evening in heavy rain.

Talking with my colleague

It was fine and I was busy because I took a leave yesterday.
I took a lunch with my colleague nearly every week. He is belong to business promotion department and always out of the office. On the other hand, my main work is at the desk, so we exchange many information.

Half Day Trip to Sea

It was fine today and I took a birthday leave.
My wife's and my birthday are at the end of May, so I took a birthday leave around this time.
My wife likes sea, so we went to Kamakura and Enoshima. The view from high places are splendid and the lunch of seafood was delicious.

Wife's Birthday

It was cloudy and is birthday of my wife.
She is in the middle age and there was nothing special event.
She and I went out to have lunch and spent much time on watching DVD of Korean dram.

Sports Program

It became rainy in the afternoon and the temperature suddenly dropped.
There were two sports program on TV at the same hour. I watched the national match of football and I'll watch the game of volleyball on video tomorrow.

Road to Beijing

It was so hot today that I felt tired.
Japanese Women's national volleyball team got the ticket to Olympic in Beijing.
The team is keeping on being winner in the final trial.

Champions League Final

It was hot and like a summer today and I attended to the annual meeting of JAEE.
I enjoyed the game between Manchester United and Chelsea on TV recorded on DVD this early morning. I hope that many teams in J-league arrive at the same level.

Standard for Cost Estimation

It was comfortable weather today.
I attended to the seminar for the cost estimation standard for MILD.
The time is not enough to understand the changing parts.

Tokyo Bay

The weather was terrible in the morning and Keihin-Tohoku line was stopped during a rush hour. I joined with the first meeting held by the organization for improving the environmental condition of Tokyo Bay. Many events are scheduled in this year.

Sudden Heavy Rain

I was lucky that I returned home before raining with wind in the night.
It rained hard in short interval now and I'm ready to drive my car to pick up my son at the station in midnight. I'm glad that I managed to find a guide book for modern Japanese text book for my son.

Gas Heater

It was neither hot nor cool and suitable for me.
The motor of gas heater did not stop last night so I pulled out code. I noticed that hot water in the bath was keeping on turning even after filling the bath. A engineer of gas supply company checked the way of filling hot water inside the bath tab. His decision was that the problem is only that the motor doesn't stop. So he will contact with a engineer of maker of heater.

Reds lost the game

It was fine today and I went to a bookstore in the Cocoon to receive two guide books for text books of my son. Reds was defeated by Gamba . Due to TV broadcasting, there was one wrong judging and Reds lost the second point. So I think that slow motion video of TV should be used to judge correctly.

Change PC

It was fine today and I change my computer in the office.
It is the time for changing a desktop computer in the office and I spent around two hours to replace. It took a time to buck up and also delete many files and set up the PC same as before.

Bad Day

It was fine but today was one of those days.
Due to dense mist, trains were delayed in the morning and train stopped in the evening around one hour due to the problems of traffic signals at Ueno Station. So I had to be inside the crowded train.

Mental Healing

It was cloudy and cold today.
One of my office stuff has mental problem and keep on taking medical healing more than five years. We went to see his doctor and ask the doctor how to work in the future. He is doing only simple jobs these three years and he wants to do more difficult works.

Busy Day

It was still cold day.
I got on the same train with my youngest son who joined with the game of badminton this morning. I was busy at work all day and I had the meeting with my division chief for the my target of this fiscal year.

It was cold today and our entire family had dinner together tonight.
On the way back to home, I got off the train at Saitamashitoshin Station. I tried to find guide books for the text book of mathematics and physics, but they were sold out. So I booked them.

Mother's Day

It was cold today and I walked around my house in the afternoon.
Today is Mother's Day and my mother already died four years ago.
I washed dishes for my wife as a gift.

Cold day

It is rainy and cold today and I'm watching football game of Urawa Reds on TV.
I usually go to hospital to take a rehabilitation treatment on waist every Saturday.
I 'm going stay at home today because it is cold.

Taiwan Food

My son went Disney C on high school excursion and enjoyed it.
After meeting with other company's stuff, we drank beer and wines and ate Taiwan dishes.
Most of food served are delicious.

Breezy day

It was warm and breezy today.
On the way back to home, I drank a beer with my colleague at Teng near the office.
I received e-mail on the train to my home from my son, and I got off a train at Saitamashintoshin Station to wait for him. I went a book store with him and I paid.

Hectic Day

Today was a hectic day, because Golden Week was over yesterday.
One of my friend joined with the "Free Tivet" campaign and he explained what happened Nagano and in Hibiya park yesterday. I heard from him that the most of people joined with this campaign know the truth of the problem through inter-net.

The Last Day of Golden Week

Today was the last day of Golden Week and all traffics will be crowded.
My waist is not completely recovered but I went to a golf range to know the condition of my waist. I'm glad that I didn't feel pain on my waist during swings.
When I returned from the golf range, I washed my car and it took around an hour and half.

Children's Day

Today was a busy day.
I removed damaged leaves located at the top of two trees, then went shopping with my wife and the second son. We bought a new carpet and took a lunch . Then my wife wanted to buy a sandals, so we went to a shoes hop. When we returned home, I clean a room and put the new carpet.

Green Day

Today is Green Day and was fine.
Unexpectedly I went shopping with my wife and had lunch together.
Two sons went outside and only one son stayed at home.

Nothing Changed

Today is the beginning of the latter of Golden Week, but nothing changed from usual Saturday.
I went to the library and had a lunch with my wife outside and did shopping at a super market.
Then I went a bicycle shop to change a tire and just returned from a barber.

Hot Weather

The weather is unseasonably hot and I want to drink cold beer with my friends.
Nearly half of our office stuff took annual leave today. Today was the last day for a cad operator and I met with a new cad operator to check her qualification and ability.

Target of this Year

It was hot today and a quarter of office stuff took annual leave.
The numbers of telephone call is far less than other days because of a Golden Week.
I decided the target of our group with my boss and quantitative targets are required.

It was warm today and I did many housework.
I did laundry and put matress under the sun in the morning.
I removed grasses and put a fan-heater in the box in the afternoon.
I found that the most of leaves of two trees are damaged by insects, so I cut many twigs.

New Small Radio

It was warm and calm today.
Nearly half of stuff of our division took annual leave today and it was very quiet.
My small radio which I used around 15 years became out of order, so I bought a new one, SRF-R633V of SONY, at Yodobashi Camera in Akihabara.

Preventing the spreading of grasses

It was cool in the morning, but was warm in the afternoon.
Golden week started today, but I've no plan.
My wife and I removed grasses in the garden and placed black sheet, then spread pebbles on the sheet to prevent the spreading of grasses.

Lunch

It was rainy cold today and it began to rain around 2 p.m..
I usually take a lunch at a restaurant in the office weekend and the cost is 500yen.
On holidays I take a lunch at various places and at a family restaurant at least twice a month with my family. It is rare that I cook for my sons on holidays.

Breakfast

It was not clear today and today was a hectic day at the office.
I get up around 6:30 on weekday and never skip breakfast. I like fruits and eat fruits such as banana, orange, apple, pear, melon, etc. I eat a slice of bread and drink a glass of milk except winter. I drink a cup of coffee in winter.

Annual Budget

It began to rain this evening as forecasted.
The budget of our division for this fiscal year was decided today. We have to reduce around forty million yen judging from the result of record of the last fiscal year.

Farewell and Welcome Party

Today was fine and a general meeting of our division was held.
The general meeting is held in April and December. After the meeting, farewell and welcome party was held. But I was very tired, because I was keeping on standing two hours.

Dentist

Today was a refreshing day.
I take a medical treatment around five years. I go to a dental clinic twice a month.
The dentist is funny and his age is nearly same as mine.

Tibet Free

It was fine today but I feel cold in the night.
My friend is going to Nagano to show the poster written "Tibet Free".
Most of Japanese don't know the actual movement happened abroad concerning this matter.

Library

It was warm and windy today.
I use two libraries, one is near my home and another is near my office.
Besides books I usually borrow music cds and dvds. My favorite music is R&B and favorite musicians are CCR, Eric Clapton, Eagles, etc.

Seminar for Second Life

It was windy today and I sent my family to a company, school, and station by car.
I attended to a seminar for second life held by a bank at Tokyo. The subject was jobs after retirement.
I'm taking a rehabilitation every Saturday for my waist and I could take today.

Waist Condition

It rained all day today and I picked my two sons at a high school and station at night by car.
The bad condition on my waist continues for longer than I expected. I hope it will get better quickly.

Rain

It began to rain around 2:00 pm and became strong tonight.
The condition of my waist is not good and I think that nothing is more important than health.
I'm postponing golf until I feel better.

Seminar on Constuction Technology

It was warm today, but I still wear suits used for winter season.
I joined with a seminar on construction technology to support Japan as marine country.
The results of some studies in these three years are reported by six members. Main subject are;
-Prevention technology for disasters at coastal areas
-Repair and strengthen for marine structures
-Marine basic policy and civil engineering

Forger Cellar Phone

It was warm and fine today.
When I arrived at the station, I noticed that I forget my cellar phone at home. I remember that I put in the car last night.

Rain Monday

It was rainy in the morning today and Monday in these 4 weeks had rain.
Unfortunately commuter trains was delayed due to the accidents Hamamatsu-cho in the morning and that of Kurihashi in the evening. I left home twenty minutes earlier than usual, but I arrived at the office around 8:15 same as ordinary days.

Urawa Reds Victory

It was cold and rainy today.
I'm living in Saitama Prefecture, so I'm fan of Urawa Reds. There was very important game between Reds and Kashima Antlars and Reds won the game. I enjoyed the game on TV.

Wooden Fence

Today was fine and I'm busy with many things to do.
I removed bamboo fence and cut them into small pieces to put in trash bags. Then I put new wooden fences in two places. The life time of a bamboo fence is around five years and I hope that a wooden fence will last about ten years.

Temporary Stuff

It was warm and breezy today and I bought lottery.
Temporary stuff will resign in a month. She is working around 3 years as cad operator.
I contacted a new company to employ a new cad operator because another company can't find new stuff.

Trouble of Chuo Line

It was cold and rainy today.
Chuo Line was stopped during rush hour in the morning due to electric trouble near Kokubunji Station. My young stuff was compelled to stay in a train about one hour and walk on a rail road.

MRI Test

The weather finally cleared up today, but it will be rainy tomorrow.
I took a annual leave today to take MRI test for my waist, because the condition of waist has not changed these one month. I'm glad that my condition isn't serious judging from the MRI test.
Doctor decided that I should take a rehabilitation and strengthen my muscles around waist through everyday training.

Bad Weather

The weather was terrible today.
There were several meetings and the most of meeting couldn't reach the conclusion.
The target of this year is a little bit different from the target of middle term plan.

Kick-off Meeting

It was warm, but it began to rain in the night today.
Kick-off meeting for the new fiscal year was held and the most of senior members of our company joined with the meeting. Economic circumstances are still severe for the company due to the reduction of public projects.

New Fence

It was warm and calm today.
Bamboo fence between my house and the house of my next door became weak due to sun lights. It is necessary to change every five years. I went a home center to buy wooden fences instead of bamboo fence.

Cherry Blossom

It was clear and sunny today.
Cherry blossom festival was held by major commercial organizations in our city at a river side.
I enjoyed walking under cherry blossoms with my wife and it is rare case.

Pray for God

It was warm today and drank with my friend at Akihabara.
Senior stuff of our company went to a shrine to pray for the development of the company.
Cherry blossoms are in full bloom and began to fall.

Health

It was warm andbreezy today, so I walked under cherry blossoms on the way to the company.
I finally had some time to myself today and revised some lists. There some changes in organization and stuff.

No overtime day

It was clear and calm today.
Our company promotes that employee doesn't work overtime on Wednesday. So I can enjoy "Chyumon" on TV with my wife every Wednesday

New Fiscal Year

It was still cold today and I put on a coat.
A new fiscal year of our company started today and I'm busy for making some plans and reviewing the last fiscal year. Two members join with our department.

Travel Jacket

It began to rain in the afternoon as forecasted by weather news.
My wife likes snoopy goods and today is the last day when people got a bag of snoopy as a present from a men's clothing the shop. So I went to the shop to buy a jacket for spring and autumn. I was recommended a shirts suitable for the jacket and finally bought a light brown jacket, two shirts, and a black trousers.

Son's Birthday

Due to strong wind, it is cold in the evening.
Today is my eldest son's 25th birthday, but he hasn't yet returned home.
I'm busy today. I stayed at the hospital around four hours because of pains on waist. The condition doesn't become better, so I'm going to take MRI. In the afternoon I went to Azabu to attend the seminar for second life held by a bank.

It began to rain in the evening and many people planning to drink under cherry blossoms were disappointed.
I spent most time on management review in QMS in this week. Key items for our management review are;

National Football Teams

It is warm during daytime, but it is still cold in the morning and the evening.
Japanese national football team was defeated by Bahrain and it was bad game.
But today Japanese team under 23 showed good plays in the friendly match with Angola.
Some players in the team under 23 should be selected as a member of Japanese national football team.

Global Map

It was warm and many cherry blossoms are nearly in full bloom.
I attended the symposium concerning global mapping held by the MILD.
It was very interesting and I'll try the applications.

Major Baseball Game

Due to heavy fog, trains were delayed in the morning.
Opening game of major baseball league is held in Japan and I'm watching the game on TV.
Many players are very big.

It was rainy until around 3:00 pm and cold today.
When I read the book about the use of libraries in a train, I found the following laws;

Lunch

It is warm and sunny today.
It is rare case that all of family members stay at home around noon on holidays.
So my wife and I wanted to go out for lunch, but two sons were against the plan, so we bought hamburgers at McDonald and ate at home.

My Wife's Returning

It was the warmest day today in this year.
My wife is returning from her home town, Yamagata, by a bullet train and arrive at Omiya Station in a ten minutes. I'm ready to go to to meet her by car.

Gold Medal

It is cold specially in the morning today.
I watched the TV program of International Figure Skating Championship for Women.
I'm happy that Mao Asada became the champion in spite of her big mistake at the first jump.

Lunch with two Sons

It was rainy and cold today.
My wife went to her home town yesterday and the youngest son's spring holidays started today.
So the second son, the youngest son, and I took a lunch at a family restourant.

Hair Cut

It began to rain in the evening today.
I came back earlier than usual , so I went to the barber near the station in my town. It is the first time to go there on week days.

TIP

It is getting warmer and warmer, but it is still cold in the morning and night.
I found in the book that TIP means To Insure Promptness. Promptness becomes more important in various business.

Time for Changing Clothes

It was clear and sunny today.
It is getting warm everyday and clothes of people are divided into three groups. Some people wear winter clothes and some people wear spring clothes and some people wear spring clothes with overcoat.

It was clear and sunny today.
There was nothing special today. I brought some winter clothes to a laundry shop near home.
I took my son to a tournament for badminton yesterday and today by car.

Waiting at Hospital

The weather was really right today.
I went to the hospital to consult with my pain on waist.
I had to wait about 2 hours. I spent the time on reading a book. Patients couldn't pay the medical fee due to the trouble on computer system.

It was rain and warm today.
I started this blog on the 26th of January and wrote everyday until today.
But unfortunately there is another blog and the diary from the 21st of February until the the 3rd of March except the 28th of February were written in that blog.

Pain on the Leg

It was calm and warm today and the spring is coming soon.
My pain on my waist is keeping one week and I felt new pain on my right leg.
I hope that all pain will get out soon.

Korean Drama

It was warm today same as yesterday.
My wife likes to watch Korean dramas on TV and the current favorite one is "Chumon".
We are enjoying it every Wednesday and it will continue until the end of this year.

Heavy Fog

We have heavy fog in the morning and then it was calm and warm today.
Trains were delayed about half an hour due to heavy hog, so I couldn't arrive at the office before 9 o'clock. But flexible working hour system is used in our company, so it is not a big problem.

My son's Birthday

It was rainy in the morning today.
My second son became 23rd today and he was born when I came back Japan on annual leave from U.A.E 1985. My wife made an apple cake and we gave him a small present.

Sports Program on TV

It's looking like spring.
I had pain on my waist, so I stayed at home and watched sports program on TV.
There are various programs and I enjoyed women's marathon at Nagoya, J-league, and women's golf.

Celine Dion Concert

I enjoyed the concert of Celine Dion at Tokyo Dome with my wife.
"The power of love" is one of the favorite songs and my wife was more happy when Yuna Ito sang "A World to Believe In" with Celine. I'm happy to listen "River Deep Mountain High" ,famous song of Tina Turner, my favorite female singer.

Pain in the Waist

It is calm and warm today.
I felt pain in the waist when I sat down last night. I couldn't recover and managed to move.
So I took a annual leave and went to see the doctor. Nothing strange was not found in the X-ray film.

Development in Local Areas

It was cold today and the similar weather is continuing.
I attended the symposium on problems in local economy and development in Japan.
There are many cities combined with other cities, towns, and villages, but they are suffering from economical problems.

Football Judgement

It was clear and sunny today and warmer than yesterday.
Japanese national football team defeated Chinese team scoring 1 to 0 tonight.
There were many wrong judgement that I can' t understand. It is better to use the video records for fair judgement.

Dinner alone

The days are gradually getting longer.
Tonight none of my family had dinner together.
My wife returned from the company in the afternoon and went there again to check the present amounts of each items in the evening.

The weather was nice today, but I felt cold a little bit.
I checked many data for "Basic Act on Ocean Policy(Act No.33 of April 27, 2007) collected by my staff and completed the draft final report concerning the Act.

Lunch at Family Restourant

Global warming weather is feared, but cold weather is continuing in this month.
It is rare that all of my family members stay at home around noon . We went out for a lunch, and we had a happy time.

High Price of Oil Products

It was clear and sunny today.
I think that all people complain the high price of oil product. The unit price of petroleum is aroud 145 yen per little and that of kerosene is around 90 yen per little. Both prices increased more than 50% from a few years before.

Drinking with Old Friends

I drunk with two old friends tonight at Kanda.
One friend was my class mate at the elementary school and my partner of soft tennis at the junior high school. Another friend was my class mate at the high school. We usally meet in July to overcome a hot weather and in December to forget bad things happened in the year.
